Metabase no longer works

I can no longer use the Metabase Dashboard. I get this message when I want to restart/install it.

it believes the --listen 0.0.0.0 is arguments can you ensure the command is cscli dashboard setup --listen 0.0.0.0

I tried the command and it worked fine
