Bouncers for FTP

Hi,

I have a noob question… i just start using crowdsec.
I have installed the pure-ftpd collections, the parser works well but where is the bouncer ?

Do i have to create my own or maybe i missunderstood something ?

Hi,

I couldn’t find any pre-built bouncer for pure-ftp.
So, you have 2 choices:

  • build your own
  • use a firewall bouncer, this may also protect you with community-driven decisions, if you left CAPI enabled

For FTP, I’d say that the firewall-bouncer is the most relevant one :slight_smile:
