Hey All,
I have started diving into Golang & I am quite impressed with how clean and efficient it feels compared to some other languages I have tried. While exploring more about it, I came across CrowdSec & the whole idea of collaborative security really caught my attention. I am trying to figure out how Golang can actually be combined with tools such as CrowdSec in real projects. For example, can it be useful in writing custom parsers, scenarios or integrations that improve detection?
I am still in the learning phase so I might not be asking in the most technical way but I want to hear from people who have real hands-on experience. Did you find Golang helpful in building extensions or automations around CrowdSec? Also; if someone has gone through a Golang Course Online; was it practical enough to apply directly to security-focused use cases? Want to hear your tips, stories or even challenges you faced while working with this combo.
Thank you.![]()
