Windows Server 2008R2 is no longer a supported system by microsoft and Golang dropped support in 1.21 so it isnt support anymore. You should aim to get your system on a more up to date operating system that is receiving patches unless you are on the extended support packages from microsoft.

we have no obligation to support such an old system which would just cause us more technical debt.
