How to disable contributing/signal sharing?

Hello,

CrowdSec only gives users a lite version of the Community blocklist if they don’t contribute regularly. I have no public services which means I will never get the full blocklist anyway so I might as well disable the contribution entirely.

Is there a way to disable contributing/uploading/sharing signals completely and keep the lite blocklist?

Then maybe you dont need crowdsec at all?

Maybe not for filtering incoming traffic but I believe it is still beneficial for blocking outgoing requests to malicious IPs. Please correct me if I’m wrong though.
