First you need to retreive telegram key from your telegram account here. Then follow our documentation to setup telegram notification here.
Don’t forget, you need to configure /etc/crowdsec/profiles.yaml to enable the http plugin, then update /etc/crowdsec/notifications/http.yaml with telegram template.
