Windows Server 2008R2 is no longer a supported system by microsoft and Golang dropped support in 1.21 so it isnt support anymore. You should aim to get your system on a more up to date operating system that is receiving patches _unless_ you are on the extended support packages from microsoft.

we have no obligation to support such an old system which would just cause us more technical debt.
