# CrowdSec Account Email change

Hello,

is it possible to change the e-mail address of your app account (not forum)?  
Unfortunately, I can’t find a suitable option in the settings.

Not currently you can open a new account and then transfer your instances across to the new email.

Update: We have just released the email change feature, you should be able to see this in the settings menu

Changing the email address associated with your app account can sometimes be challenging if there’s no visible option in the settings. It’s recommended to check the app’s support or contact section for guidance on how to proceed.
