# Can't console enroll windows pc

Hi,

Im trying to enroll my windows pc but it get the following error:

time=“02-12-2023 19:31:05” level=fatal msg=“failed to load Local API: loading online client credentials: failed to read api server credentials configuration file ‘C:\ProgramData\CrowdSec\config\online\_api\_credentials.yaml’: open C:\ProgramData\CrowdSec\config\online\_api\_credentials.yaml: Access is denied.”

What can i do?

You user does not have admin permissions to read the configuration files. If you run powershell as admin it will allow you to read the file.
